The first contact with PNW windows was with Louise on the phone to arrange a home visit for a quote, she was so friendly and professional which makes a change this day and age! Ian arrived on the day and gave us an excellent price, he like Louise was super friendly and professional! The work carried out was 1st class and my husband was very impressed that he didn't have to redecorate any rooms after the fitting.
