Ian Williams is the founder and owner of PNW Windows. After leaving school at 16, Ian began working in a local factory manufacturing windows and doors. He learned the trade from the ground up and quickly progressed to foreman before deciding, at 25, to take the plunge and start his own business.
Today, Ian brings decades of hands-on experience to every project, with a focus on quality products, honest advice and careful installation.
Louise Williams is the office manager at PNW Windows. After completing her A-levels, Louise started her career as a civil servant before moving into the finance industry in Liverpool.
Following the birth of her first daughter, Louise retrained as a teaching assistant and spent many happy years working in a local primary school before leaving to co-run PNW Windows Ltd with her husband, Ian.
Imogen Williams is Ian and Louise's daughter and is currently at university studying sport rehabilitation. Around her studies, Imogen supports Ian and James with installations and helps look after PNW Windows' social media.
James heads up the installation team alongside Ian and is Ian's cousin. He joined PNW Windows straight after completing his A-levels and also holds a health and safety qualification.
